Reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in the organisation.
This role is covering a period of planned sick leave.Operating as the main point of contact in this SME, you will;- Manage day-to-day financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Produce monthly Management for the SLT.
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to 8 budget holders
- Support senior stakeholders with financial insights and recom
- Monitor monthly spend v budget
- Oversee outsourced transactional finance
- complete pension contributions for the organisation
- Work with HR to ensure Payroll is correctly administered
