Marketing Executive

We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a successful and growing business in a varied, hands-on marketing role.

This position will suit a creative and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working closely with sales teams and customers. The focus is very much on product marketing, content, customer engagement, events and PR, rather than purely digital marketing.

The Role

Working as part of the wider commercial team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the development and delivery of product marketing campaigns.
• Creating engaging content and materials to support sales campaigns and commercial activity.
• Gathering customer and market feedback to help shape future marketing activity.
• Developing customer testimonials and case studies.
• Creating content and initiatives designed to improve existing customer engagement.
• Taking ownership of trade shows and exhibitions, including planning, coordination and creation of supporting materials.
• Building relationships with relevant trade press and industry publications.
• Writing and coordinating press releases and PR activity.
• Working closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support customer conversations and business development.
• Helping to develop new approaches and methodologies for communicating with and engaging existing customers.
• Creating and adapting marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience within a broad marketing role who is comfortable getting involved across a variety of projects.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within B2B, product or commercially focused marketing.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience supporting product marketing or sales campaigns.
• Exposure to trade shows, exhibitions or industry events.
• An understanding of PR, press releases and media relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
