Learning Support Assistant | Primary Schools | Eastbourne

Academics are recruiting enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work across fantastic primary schools in Eastbourne. Whether you have previous school experience or transferable skills from care, youth work or childcare, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support pupils both one-to-one and in small groups.
* Help create a positive learning environment.
* Assist teachers with classroom activities.
* Encourage confidence, independence and engagement.
We're Looking For:
* A caring, patient and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
