- Managing a range of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications and ongoing administration
- Acting for vulnerable clients and advising on financial management, care arrangements, and capacity issues
- Handling high-value cases, often involving clients with serious injuries or complex needs
- Liaising with families, case managers, medical professionals, and other third parties
- Preparing applications, reports, and correspondence for the Court of Protection
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting the wider private client or clinical negligence teams where appropriate
