Senior Project Manager – Plymouth Plymouth | Permanent | Excellent salary + package Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for your next major project in the South West?
I’m working with a leading UK main contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of a significant project in Plymouth . This isn't a role for someone looking to make their first move into project management. We're looking for an established SPM who has successfully delivered large, complex construction projects and is comfortable taking ownership, leading teams and being the senior point of contact with the client. The role You'll be responsible for driving the project forward, bringing together the operational, commercial and design teams and ensuring the job delivers against programme, quality and commercial expectations.
You'll be someone who enjoys being at the heart of a project — leading people, solving problems, making decisions and building a strong relationship with the client.

- A strong Tier 1 / major main contractor background
- A proven track record at Senior Project Manager level
- Experience delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong programme and project-management capability
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills
- The ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary project teams
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
