Care Elmbridge is recruiting for an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team.

About The Role:
Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the activities of field staff or caregivers who provide services to clients in their homes or other community settings. Other responsibilities include
- Assessment and review of individual services
- Supervision and Training.
- Quality Assurance
- Open and Effective Communication.
- Problem Solving and Compliance.
About you:
You’ll be a great communicator, highly motivated and organized with solid leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. You’ll also need a care qualification or equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3 or with or working towards level 3. Ideally you will also have 1 to 2 years experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
