Broad Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive data visualisations and dashboards using QuickSight.
  • Define and implement key business metrics, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, refine project scopes, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Create and maintain scalable and efficient databases to support analytics needs.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and emerging technologies in data visualisation and analytics.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with BI tools (ideally AWS QuickSight)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and Athena is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and proactively find solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders to define project requirements and present insights.
  • Experience in defining and maintaining data models, ETL pipelines, and databases is a plus.
