Working closely with internal stakeholders, sppliers, and colleages across mltiple regions, yo'll play an important role in helping s optimise costs, improve processes, and drive vale from or technology investments.

What Yo'll Be Doing

As Grop Technology Procrement Coordinator, yo'll provide operational and administrative spport to ensre the efficient delivery of technology procrement objectives, helping to drive contract consolidation, spplier rationalisation, cost redction, licence optimisation, and sstainability initiatives across the Grop.

Key responsibilities inclde:

• Gathering spend, licensing, sage, and contract data to spport cost-saving and contract consolidation initiatives.
• Identifying nsed software licences and opportnities to improve licence tilisation and redce costs.
• Spporting software licence migration projects, inclding ser spport and spplier liaison.
• Assisting with software renewals by collecting reqirements, obtaining pricing, and coordinating stakeholder approvals.
• Raising and tracking prchase orders and spporting procrement administration activities.
• Spporting the implementation and ongoing se of procrement processes, procedres, and best practices.
• Assisting with software licence cost recharging activities and collaborating with Finance teams.
• Contribting to sstainability initiatives throgh the collection and reporting of carbon emissions data.
• Identifying opportnities to improve procrement processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who are eager to learn, take ownership, and contribte to a growing team. Yo may already have experience in procrement administration, contract management, software licensing, or technology spport and be looking for yor next challenge.

Ideally, yo'll have:

• Experience in procrement administration, software licensing, or contract administration.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particlarly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and presenting data to spport decision-making.
• Experience working with procrement systems.
• Experience coordinating activities across mltiple stakeholders, teams, or geographic locations.
• A CIPS qalification, or an interest in working towards one, wold be advantageos.
