Position Details

We are currently looking for a freelance Swahili Teacher for one of our clients in Eastbourne, United Kingdom.

• Session length : two-hours
• Location : Student's home in Eastbourne
• Student Level : Beginner
• Student Age Group : 56-64
• Student's Schedule : once per week, (Most days can be OK depending on time on after 4pm, but can be flexible)
• Student's Preferred Start Date : 2026-09-07/As soon as possible
• Student's Motivation : I enjoy travel to East Africa and would like to converse

Ideal Candidate

• Be a native Swahili speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of the specified location

Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance position, with part-time hours
• We are not able to sponsor visas
