Commercial Property Solicitor

A respected and long-established law firm in East Lancashire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving Commercial Property & Business team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy department handling a varied caseload, including commercial acquisitions and disposals, development site transactions, industrial estate leases, agricultural property matters, and leases for retail and business premises. Alongside the property work, the team also advises on a range of corporate matters, including share sales, business acquisitions and disposals, directors' agreements, and other commercial transactions.

The firm would ideally like to hear from solicitors with experience across both commercial property and corporate work. However, candidates with strong commercial property expertise are still encouraged to apply, as there is flexibility within the team to accommodate the right individual.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with solid, hands-on experience managing commercial property transactions and delivering excellent client service.

This is a full-time, office-based position offering the chance to join a supportive and well-regarded firm with a strong local reputation. Salary is competitive and will reflect experience, with packages starting from around £50,000 and above for the right candidate.
