0 - 48 Hours Per Week Shift Pattern: * Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
* 12:00 - 22:00
* 15:00 - 23:00

As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues and visitors. You will provide a professional and visible security presence while delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: * Providing a visible security presence and deterrent within the store
* Conducting regular patrols of the premises
* Preventing theft, loss and anti-social behaviour
* Responding professionally to incidents and security concerns
* Completing accurate reports and incident documentation
* Assisting customers and colleagues when required
* Working closely with store management and the wider security team About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: * A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A professional and confident approach
* Good observational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to remain calm and make balanced decisions under pressure
* Previous retail security experience would be advantageous but is not essential
