Job description
Community care assistants provide care to clients living in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Our community care assistants will provide a high standard of safe and effective care to clients living in their own home.
- Report any concerns or changes to senior management.
- Register with Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
- Personal care.
- Companionship.
- Preparing meals.
- Light Cleaning.
- Assist with bedtime routine.
- Medication management.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Must have a clean driving licence and access to a car for business purposes.
- Full training will be provided.
Further Information
Every new employee will have a shadowing period with a senior care assistant until they feel confident in their new role.
