Digital Executive

Digital Executive - Contract - Hybrid - Chiswick - up to £37/hr

Robert Half are delighted to be working with a global, well-known organisation seeking a Digital Executive to join their team on a contract basis, with the potential to go permanent.

You'll work across digital marketing, CRM, websites, email, analytics and DTC, partnering with brand teams, IT and agencies across North Europe to deliver engaging, measurable digital experiences.

Key Details:

• Job Title : Digital Executive
• Pay rate : £35 - £37/hr, DOE + holiday pay
• Location : Chiswick - 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
• Contract Length : 4-5 months (potential to go permanent)
• Start date: ASAP

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver digital marketing activity across websites, CRM, email and digital campaigns.
• Manage and optimise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation and personalisation.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics and turn insights into action.
• Support DTC and digital commerce initiatives across acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Manage agency relationships, briefs, budgets and delivery.
• Coordinate digital projects, timelines and resources through Wrike.
• Share best practice and support digital capability across North Europe.

Requirements:

• Strong experience across digital marketing, CRM, websites or digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AEM, Shopify, CommerceTools or ChargeBee.
• Proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance reporting.
• Experience in DTC, digital commerce or performance marketing.
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills.
• Experience managing budgets and multiple projects in a complex, international environment.
• Familiarity with Wrike or similar project/resource management tools.
• Understanding of SEO, UX, accessibility and GDPR.
• Commercial, organised, proactive and results-focused.
