The Role * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Assist children with social, emotional and mental health needs
* Support pupils with SEND and additional learning requirements
* Deliver targeted intervention programmes designed to improve confidence and attainment
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
* Help create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment Ideal Candidate * Psychology degree (2:1 or above preferred)
* Strong understanding of child development and behaviour
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Patient, empathetic and resilient approach
* Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
