Job Title: Audit Partner
Location: East Sussex (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £105,000 - £120,000 (DOE)

About the Role:
a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy firm are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Audit Partner to join their senior leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious firm with a strong reputation for delivering expert audit, assurance, and advisory services across a wide-ranging client base.
As Audit Partner, you will lead the audit function, help drive growth, and play a critical role in shaping the firm’s future. You will also maintain and grow strong client relationships while mentoring and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the firm’s audit department, ensuring high standards of delivery across all engagements.
Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across various sectors.
Act as a trusted adviser to clients, providing strategic insight and assurance.
Develop and lead business development initiatives to attract new audit clients.
Provide strong leadership, mentoring and development to the audit team.
Collaborate with other partners and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.
About You:
ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience in audit.
Proven track record of managing a substantial client portfolio and leading audit teams.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to make an impact at partner level.
