· Provide expert dispensing advice tailored to each customer's visual and lifestyle needs
· Recommend frames, lenses and optical solutions with confidence and professionalism
· Support customers throughout their eyewear journey, delivering exceptional service at every stage
· Work closely with Optometrists and store colleagues to ensure outstanding clinical and retail outcomes
· Use the latest optical technology to support a seamless customer experience
