We are proud to be working in partnership with Endeavour Academy (Upper and Lower Site) , a specialist setting in NG5 that supports pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) .
We are looking to recruit dedicated, nurturing, and resilient Teaching Assistants to join the team on a supply basis, with opportunities for long-term placements from September 2026.
The Role
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
- Supporting children with both emotional regulation and academic learning
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and engaged
- Assisting with behaviour management using a calm and consistent approach
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff

What We're Looking For
- Experience working with SEN (e.g. autism, SEMH, ADHD) is highly desirable
- A patient, compassionate, and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
