Location: Guildford, Aldershot, Bracknell, Reading & Fleet
Salary: Circa £32,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days)

The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Painter & Decorator to join the team. You will play a key role in delivering efficient and high-standard building and grounds maintenance across a variety of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Painting and decorating
* Replacing fence panels and posts
* Carrying out minor plumbing tasks
* Silicone sealing and finishing
* Guttering repairs and maintenance
* Replacing locks
* General handyman and maintenance tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

* Have proven experience in property maintenance and domestic repairs
* Be confident using a range of hand and power tools
* Have strong painting and decorating skills (including working at height on ladders)
* Be able to work independently and use your own initiative
* Follow safe working practices at all times

* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
* Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
