Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
Location: Supported Living Services, Stratford-upon-Avon
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
Salary: £12.88 per hour (+ £1.50 per hour for waking nights)

- Early shifts (7:00am–9:00am)
- Late shifts (3:00pm–10:00pm)
- Split shifts where required
- Sleep-ins (10:00pm–7:00am, with shifts before and after)
- Waking nights (paid at an additional £1.50 per hour)
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Caring, compassionate and reliable
- Flexible and able to work a varied shift pattern
- A confident driver who can travel between services
- Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to live independently
- £12.88 per hour, plus enhanced pay for waking nights
