⏰ Shifts:

Monday to Friday

7:00am - 4:00pm

Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

Location: Hilton, South Derbyshire

Hourly Rate: £17.50 per hour

Full-time - consistent weekday hours

Looking for a practical, varied role where you can put your mechanical skills to good use? We're working with a well-established site in Hilton to recruit a reliable Maintenance Assistant to support day-to-day operations and upkeep across the facility.

If you've got a mechanical background and some electrical knowledge, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

* Assisting with general site maintenance and upkeep

* Supporting with mechanical repairs and adjustments ⚙️

* Carrying out basic electrical tasks where required ⚡

* Helping ensure equipment and facilities run safely and efficiently ✅

* Responding to maintenance issues and supporting preventative work

* Working as part of a team to keep the site running smoothly

✅ What We're Looking For:

* Some form of mechanical background (essential)

* Basic electrical knowledge (preferred)

* A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn

* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
