The Role
As an Apprentice, you will be mentored by experienced Early Years Educators, learning how to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This is a perfect role for someone passionate about child development and looking to build a professional career in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
Learning & Support: Assist qualified staff in delivering the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework through fun and engaging activities.

Childcare Excellence: Support the daily routines of the children, including meal times, outdoor play, and creative learning sessions.

Safety First: Learn and implement essential Safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards within the nursery.

Observations: Help track children’s progress and interests to assist in planning future learning experiences.

Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude, working effectively as part of a team and building professional relationships with parents.

Requirements
Passion: A genuine desire to work with children and support their early growth and development.

Commitment: Willingness to complete the required coursework and training for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Reliability: A punctual and dedicated approach to a 40-hour work week.

Qualities: Patience, creativity, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
