What we’re looking for
- 2/3+ year Experience in recruitment delivery (180° or 270°) , resourcing or talent acquisition
- Strong candidate engagement and sourcing skills
- Motivated, fast-paced mindset and comfortable working to deadlines and targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Highly organised with a structured approach to managing workload
- Positive, team-first attitude and drive to grow within a scaling business
What you’ll be doing
- Sourcing and qualifying top candidates
- Managing end-to-end delivery across a variety of live roles
- Conducting screening, interview preparation and candidate management
- Coordinating interview processes, feedback and offer stages
- Overseeing compliance and onboarding
- Delivering outstanding candidate care throughout the recruitment journey
- Working closely with senior consultants and account managers to meet growing client demand
