About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
Telford provides independent living services to adults with intellectual disabilities.
Shaftesbury specialises in providing person-centred, flexible care and support in the community for people with a wide range of needs and living situations. Whether people require support for an hour or two, or up to 24 hours a day, we help people to get the most out of life and their local community. The service embraces homecare, community support and day services.
