As our Design Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the design and technical department, working closely with both the internal / external design teams and the production teams for all factories.

- The role of the Design Assistant is to ensure work is issued to the factory as required, in line with factory and site schedules, working closely with the factory production team.
- Checking and coordinating drawing packs and electronic files for factory release, and coordinating site drawing packs for issue to the site contracts team
- Uploading and maintaining Bills of Material updates in D365.
- Assisting uploading and managing drawings within Viewpoint or other shared locations used by the design team.
- Attending regular production meetings as required.
- Undertaking other tasks as directed by the Design Manager to support the wider design team.
