Employment Tax Associate Director
Leeds
£65,000 - £85,000 (Hybrid working & excellent benefits)
- Lead delivery of complex employment tax advisory services across areas such as employment status, IR35, national minimum wage, and payrolling of benefits
- Manage relationships with a wide portfolio of clients, including large corporates and fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to a culture of inclusion and continuous learning
- Support in winning new work through proposals, networking, and relationship-building

What you'll need to succeed:
- ATT / CTA qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experience
- Strong UK employment tax technical knowledge, including experience in areas such as off-payroll working, expenses and benefits, and employment tax risk management
- Some understanding of global mobility is beneficial
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead advisory projects
