Description de l'emploi
Établir des méthodes afin de respecter les horaires de travail
Commander des aliments et des fournitures de cuisine
Superviser et coordonner les activités du personnel qui prépare et répartit les aliments
Assurer la formation du personnel pour ce qui est de ses tâches, de l’hygiène et des normes
de sécurité
Estimer les ingrédients et les fournitures nécessaires à la préparation d’un repas
Veiller à ce que la nourriture et le service répondent aux normes de contrôle de la qualité
Régler les plaintes des clients et répondre à leurs préoccupations
Tenir les registres des stocks, des réparations, des ventes et des pertes
Rédiger et soumettre des rapports
Préparer des listes de provisions alimentaires pour le chef
Posséder des connaissances sur les genres culinaires de l’entreprise
Établir les horaires de travail
