TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with our client who are committed to providing quality residential care and support for young people aged 7-18. They take this responsibility seriously and put the child at the heart of everything they do.
As a Social Care Leader you will play a leading role in supporting your team to ensure the house runs smoothly in it’s day to day operations. As a Social Care Worker , you will be a key worker and support the lives of those most vulnerable

Requirements:
- Level 7/Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience working with children and young people
- Full manual drivers licence and access to own transport
- Experience leading teams and working in therapeutic care models
- Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
