Are you a registered Nurse Associate? Wanting a challenging new career? We are recruiting Nurse Associates to join our community nursing service in Kingston. Working with a team of nurses and District Nurse Leads you will be independently visiting clients in their own home to deliver care. You will need to have a range of skills including wound care, catheterising, venepuncture and skin management. This is a permanent post and is for 37.5 hrs per week. The usual working hours are 08.30-16.30 and will be Monday Sunday, working 1 weekend every 3 weeks. A late shift of 11.00-19:00 is also worked approx. every 2 weeks. This role will be required to work weekends & unsocial hours Your base will be Hollyfield House although you will also need to be able to travel independently to patients homes.
