As an Account Executive with Popmenu, you’ll be part of a growing sales team whose mission is to revolutionise the way restaurants do business. You will work collaboratively with your regional team to develop strategies and messaging that drive awareness and sustain a strong client pipeline.

 

As an owner of relationships, you play a critical role in strengthening our client portfolio in both new and established markets—accelerating growth for both Popmenu and the restaurant industry. Our Account Executives are innovators in prospecting, skilled at articulating the long-term ROI of restaurant technology and enthusiastic about our product and purpose.

Founded in 2016 and now serving around 12,000 locations worldwide, we’ve pioneered a dynamic menu experience that converts more browsers into customers and replaces numerous individual marketing tools with one integrated platform.

We’re passionate about helping the hospitality sector thrive with solutions that make the challenge of growing a restaurant smarter, simpler, and more profitable. We are now focused on rapidly building our presence across the UK.

As an Account Executive, you will be an individual contributor responsible for winning new business and driving revenue growth across a defined UK territory. This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, building relationships, and managing a full sales cycle through to close. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership and Client Success to ensure restaurants see immediate value from Popmenu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a territory of restaurant and hospitality prospects across North or West London.
  • Generate new business through a mix of outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads.
  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers (owners, operators, GMs). 
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
  • Partner with Client Success to ensure a seamless onboarding experience post-sale.
  • Represent Popmenu at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven track record of success in quota-carrying B2B sales , ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close business independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the hunger to consistently exceed expectations.
  • A genuine passion for restaurants, hospitality, and technology.
