The role You’ll support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working one-to-one, in small groups and, where needed, leading whole-class learning when the teacher is absent. You’ll help plan and deliver engaging lessons, support assessment and adapt learning to meet individual needs, especially for children who benefit from a bit of extra encouragement or structure. You’ll be joining schools with inclusive, positive cultures where teamwork, trust and staff wellbeing are genuinely valued.
