- A solid understanding of core PPC metrics and how they tie to ROI and profitability.
- Basic understanding of automated bidding strategies.
- An interest in AI tools, with the ability to explore how they can support campaign optimisation, data analysis, and marketing efficiency.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to share findings with the team.
- A proactive, curious approach and a willingness to learn.
- Google Ads certification is desirable. Experience in affiliate, e-commerce, or deals/voucher environments is a bonus.
- Exposure to paid social advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads, would be an advantage.
