Protocol Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Primary Mainstream Schools across Harrow and Brent . If you're passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be supporting children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language Needs, and Moderate Learning Difficulties , working closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide high-quality support both 1:1 and in small groups .
Your responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEN both inside and outside the classroom.
- Deliver tailored interventions and encourage independence.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
We're looking for:
- Experience supporting children with SEN (school-based or transferable experience).
- A patient, caring and resilient attitude.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
