They are searching for a talented and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join their award-winning culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations across the hotel
- Leading and mentoring a large kitchen team, fostering a positive, professional environment
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
- Assisting in creating seasonal menus using locally sourced, sustainable produce
- Overseeing food costs, stock control, and health & safety compliance.
