Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join a dynamic and high-performing Business department in Oxford. This full-time Head of Department role starts this January and is ideal for a candidate eager to shape curriculum development, mentor colleagues, and make a lasting impact in a vibrant school community.

The successful applicant will be expected to teach Business across KS4–KS5, lead curriculum planning, manage departmental performance, and drive continued improvement in outcomes for students. Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Business or a closely related subject
• Proven leadership experience at department level
• QTS or PGCE qualification

This post is paid to scale (MPS/UPS) with an additional TLR for Head of Department responsibilities.
