Assistant Finance Manager, Accounting - Guernsey

Our client are seeking to appoint an Assistant Finance Manager, where you w ill be responsible for supervising the month ly and quarterly reporting, assisting with the preparation of financial statements and coordinating the annual audit and budget processes . You will support the Finance Manager and Finance Director in aspects of the daily operations of the department, including people management.

This role is a good opportunity for a Senior Officer level candidate looking for the next step .

Our client is looking for someone who is familiar with UK based requirements, such as dealing with Co mpanies H ouse and VAT, as the plan is for this role to look after our UK and Switzerland side of the business.

You will need to be ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with sound technical knowledge and demonstrated accounting technical ability.
