Position: Band 7 and Band 8a Locum Clinical Pharmacist

Salary: £31.17 - £36.11 per hour

- Engage with multidisciplinary teams to offer expert pharmaceutical advice
- Ensure the optimal use of medicines and patient safety
- Attend and contribute to clinical meetings and case discussions Requirements: - NHS experience
- Hospital ward-based clinical pharmacy experience
- Competency in drug history taking and medicines reconciliation
- Clinical and TTA screening expertise
- Essential EPMA system experience
- Preferred experience with the Cerner system, as it's used by the Trust Desirable Requirements: - Previous experience within a London Acute NHS Trust
