Need someone to install skirting boards in living room
I'm looking for a skilled carpenter to install new skirting boards in my living room. The room is about 20m² with existing gaps that need trimming and neat mitre joints. Materials: I will supply pre-cut skirting boards and adhesive; you should bring your own tools (saw, filler, sandpaper, nail gun if available). Preference for neatly painted finishes, minimal dust, and clean work area after completion. I may also consider gaps around the door frame and any essential acclimatization steps. Flexible on dates, but ideally within the next week. Please provide an estimate of hours and any preparation tips.
