The Vale is a successful and high-achieving 11–18 academy with an excellent reputation and a strong track record of student outcomes, which continue to be above national averages. Our latest outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority for attainment at 5+ in both English and Mathematics at 59%. Overall attainment at 4+ in both English and Mathematics stands at 75%, with an attainment score of 48.2.
Situated in Brigg, North Lincolnshire, The Vale serves a largely rural community. Brigg is a historic market town on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, and many of our students travel a considerable distance to attend the academy. We provide state-of-the-art facilities and an outstanding learning environment for both students and staff. The Vale also offers an extensive and varied programme of extracurricular activities, supporting a rich and rounded education and providing opportunities for students to develop their interests, talents and aspirations both within and beyond the classroom.
