Ad Hoc Porter - Uddingston
Flexible Work | Minimum 2 Days Per Week | Immediate Opportunities Available
Are you looking for flexible, hands-on work with a well-established company? We are currently recruiting Ad Hoc Porters on behalf of our client based in Uddingston to support a variety of exciting relocation and logistics projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, thrive in a team environment, and want the flexibility of ad hoc shifts with a minimum commitment of two days per week .
What You'll Be Doing
- Safely moving, installing, and protecting office furniture and equipment.
- Assisting with specialist relocation projects, including hospitals and schools.
- Managing goods moving in and out of storage facilities.
- Loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring items are transported securely.
- Following health and safety procedures and maintaining high company standards.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally on client sites.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable in a physically demanding, active role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when required.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous porter, removals, warehouse, or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential.
