- Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks across the property portfolio.
- Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to on-site requests and emergencies.
- Assist with waste management, including recycling and disposal tasks.
- Support contractors and other service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any major issues.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
