An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Progress Coach to join our Government Funded Team reporting to the Head of Department. Our Government Funded Team provide learners on engineering programmes with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to succeed in industry and contribute to the future workforce. We're a close-knit group who believe in building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in helping ensure learners receive high-quality guidance, timely interventions, and a smooth overall experience. We welcome applicants with a ‘can do’ attitude who have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple cross campus priorities and who are willing to learn and develop.

Applicants should be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Business Administration (or be willing to work towards the qualification). We can offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work and develop within a supportive and motivated team committed to continuous improvement.
