- Logging faults relating to customers' services.
- Inputting and processing new customer orders and sales.
- General upkeep of the company CRM system (both client and customer information).
- Working with engineers to manage new installations and site visits.
- Gathering customer feedback to help improve our services.
- Reporting faults and service outages to management and the technical team.
- Carrying out basic system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Responding to customer emails and online enquiries.
