Description:

Full time Practice Manager required for a practice in Spalding, Lincolnshire
•    Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
•    Full-time position
•    Available from mid-September 2026
•    Strong HR, operational and people management skills required
•    Opportunity to become the registered CQC Manager (preferred)
•    Qualified Dental Nurse desirable but not essential
•    Role focused on practice operations and team management (no finance responsibilities)
•    Well-established fully private 4-surgery practice
•    Practising Principal onsite supported by 3 Associate Dentists, a Hygienist and Therapist
•    Longstanding, friendly and supportive team
•    Fully computerised using SOE software
•    iTero Scanner, Digital X-rays and Rotary Endodontic equipment
•    Working hours 8:45am–4:45pm
•    Parking available adjacent to the practice
•    Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager seeking a long-term role within a successful, well-established independent private practice.

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
