Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Site Oversight: Conducting daily walk-throughs to identify and rectify potential hazards or maintenance needs before the school day commences.
System Management: Managing the school’s Building Management System (BMS) to ensure energy efficiency and consistent climate control.
Emergency Coordination: Acting as the first responder to site emergencies, including leakages, power outages, or security breaches.
Community Engagement: Liaising with staff, students, and parents with a professional and helpful demeanor to support the wider school ethos.
