Group Tax Team, In-house
Due to continue growth this new role will sit within the Direct Taxes team and encompasses a range of corporate work as well as the opportunity to get involved in transfer pricing work.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with some in-house experience OR candidates in practice looking to make their first move in-house. You will work closely with the Head of Direct Tax and take responsibility for the Group's tax compliance, tax reporting and advisory work,
Managing accurate and timely filings and payment of tax returns. Oversee international tax compliance process, including managing the external compliance relationship with overseas tax advisors, and coordinating external audits. Supporting the tax team with tax technical matters, and interpretation of new tax legislation such as identifying the tax implications of new products and services as the Group grows to ensure they are compliant with local tax requirements and management of tax aspects of international growth into new jurisdictions. Assisting with maintenance of the Group transfer pricing policies and projects.
This role will suit an ambitious and talented CT tax manager ( or even an ambitious assistant manager) who is keen progress their career a fast paced and technical environment.
