Designer - Menswear

THE ROLE.

As a Designer in menswear, you'll create and develop world-class product that embodies the Gymshark DNA. Working closely with Design Leadership and cross-functional partners, you'll take ownership of product designs from concept through to execution, delivering commercially successful products that resonate with our global community. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, trend-aware designer who is passionate about sportswear, performance apparel and product innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.

Designing and developing Menswear products across multiple categories. Researching fashion, sportswear and consumer trends to identify new opportunities. Creating and maintaining design concepts throughout the product development journey. Collaborating with Product Development and wider Product Creation teams to achieve design and fit intent. Selecting appropriate materials, trims and colour palettes to bring concepts to life. Creating clear and accurate design specifications and technical documentation. Presenting design concepts and seasonal developments to key stakeholders. Supporting and mentoring Assistant Designers and Graduate Designers where appropriate. Working cross-functionally to ensure products are delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standards.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED.

Degree in Fashion, Sportswear or Apparel Design. Experience designing apparel within a fashion, sportswear or activewear environment. Strong understanding of product construction, materials, colour and consumer trends. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A portfolio showcasing creative versatility across apparel categories. This is an opportunity to help create products worn by millions around the world while working alongside some of the best creative talent in the industry. You'll be part of a collaborative, ambitious team where your ideas can directly influence the future of Gymshark Menswear. This is a hybrid role and requires the successful candidate to attend at least THREE days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK .
