The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Encourage communication, creativity, and exploration through play
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and confidence
• Build positive partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Help create a welcoming and culturally diverse nursery community

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
