Car Sales Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Controller position with a reputable main dealer in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Duties of the Car Sales Controller:

• Achieving team targets for vehicle sales, profitability, and finance
• Effectively stacking and controlling deals to maximise profit margins
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to deal closure
• Delivering finance and insurance products compliant with FCA regulations
• Conducting part-exchange appraisals
• Supporting and developing sales team members to meet individual and team targets
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness
• Ensuring all deals adhere to company, manufacturer, and legislative standards
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the purchase journey

Requirements of the Car Sales Controller:

• Proven experience in deal stacking and deal control within a franchised dealership
• Strong track record of closing deals and maximising sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of finance and insurance products
• Good understanding of FCA compliance requirements
• Target-oriented with a commercially focused approach
• Confidence in working directly with customers and supporting the sales team
• Ambition for career development within the motor trade
• Full UK driving licence
