We design and build complex electro-mechanical smart machines, robotics and automation products that help our customers bring ambitious ideas to life. Our work spans a wide variety of sectors, including electrification and energy, agritech, medtech, food distribution and aviation.
No two projects are the same. You could be developing a new technical concept, solving a complex engineering challenge, supporting a product through build and production, or working alongside colleagues and clients to find a better way forward. The scope and level of responsibility will vary by position, but we are looking for people who are curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, project-based environment. You do not need to have worked in every sector or know every technology we use. We are interested in the experience, thinking and perspective you could bring to the team.

You'll work alongside colleagues from across Engineering, Operations and other areas of the business, sharing ideas and working together to overcome technical and practical challenges. Depending on the opportunity, you may contribute to areas such as:
- Developing and improving complex products, systems or manufacturing solutions
- Turning concepts and designs into practical, buildable outcomes
- Investigating problems and identifying appropriate solutions
- Supporting projects through different stages of development and delivery
- Working across engineering disciplines to manage technical interfaces
- Collaborating with production colleagues to improve build readiness and delivery
- Applying engineering knowledge in a practical, commercially aware way
- Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of others
