As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will embody the brand’s heritage and values as they unveil their brand-new flagship boutique in the heart of Mayfair. Your role will be to deliver an elevated client experience every time , defined by passion, professionalism, and impeccable service.

The role:
- Driving sales by working towards monthly boutique targets
- Building, nurturing, and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Becoming an expert in brand history and product knowledge
- Delivering an engaging and personalised selling ceremony to each client
- Tailoring CRM outreach campaigns to strengthen client loyalty
- Hosting exclusive private client appointments
- Upholding impeccable standards of grooming, presentation, and communication
- Thriving under pressure in a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and management
About You:
- Previous experience in a luxury or premium retail brand
- Strong background in fast-paced retail environments
- Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural setting
- Detail-oriented, organised, and efficient
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to develop
- Outstanding presentation and personal style
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The Package:
- £33,000 per annum
